Welcome!

Welcome to my blog for Integrated Discernment! Once or twice a week, I'll share here a reflection on my experience of my discernment process that led me to where I am now along with some helpful insights I've picked up along the way. I may also share a reflection from a text, speech, lecture, or experience another has shared with me and how I see it's relation to our growing awareness of the need for a more integral formation for a person's vocational discernment.

The main purpose for this blog, however, is to share with you the wisdom I've found in reflecting on my story, in the hope that it can help you. One of the biggest struggles I went through in my discernment was thinking I was alone, that discernment came easy to everyone else. This struggle lead to a lot of frustration and loneliness. I hope that, through sharing my story here (and on Facebook and Linkedin), you'll find support in your discernment journey.
